+ costs of migration at $75 per hour if migration takes longer than 4 hours
+ (very rarely) costs of customization at $75 per hour for any substantial customization, such as creating whole new objects or workflows.
The total cost for the first year for most organizations is between $2,700 and $3,300. -

Subsidies
We hear that currently the Norcross Foundation has granted some organizations a subsidy for the purchase of WaterGrass. Local community foundations are also often good sources for help, because they're often interested in seeing you build a sustainable organization for the long haul.
